PP Hillside Initiative:

This initiative by the citizens of Pleasanton was overwhelming approved in November 2008. It protects our scenic ridgelines, vital wildlife habitats and oak forests. Placed on the ballot by over 5,000 citizens. Read the PP Initiative

PP and Oak Grove

The current Oak Grove proposal is not subject to PP because it was approved before PP went into effect. If the Oak Grove project is denied, any future application would have comply with PP.

NO, this is not what we want!

We look forward to working with developer and the community to find a solution that is consistent with the general plan, PP and is acceptable to the Pleasanton residents.

Sierra Club don't violate PP

The regional, branch of the Sierra Club says not to violate measure PP with a road on steep slopes or within 100' of a ridge.
